This research was conducted to identify the problems faced by physical education and sports teachers and to suggest solutions. In this context, the phenomenological approach model was used in the research. 10 physical education and sports teachers working in secondary schools in the 2023-2024 academic year participated in the research. According to the data obtained, physical education and sports teachers stated that the most important problems were the lack of a gym and the school garden (asphalt/concrete ground) not being suitable for sports. The code that physical education and sports teachers mostly agree on is building a gym. Physical education and sports teachers stated that the most important problems regarding equipment are the low number of balls suitable for the branch, the lack of materials in different sports branches, and the insufficient materials in different sports branches. Regarding the suggestions, the teachers most agree on the code to ask for help from the municipalities and the ministry. in the form of providing material assistance. Regarding the families' perspectives on physical education and sports lessons, it has been determined that the most important problem is that families see the lesson as unnecessary and empty. The prominent suggestion in this sub-theme is to inform families about the importance of physical education lessons. Regarding students' perspectives on physical education and sports lessons, it has been determined that the most important problem is that students see the lesson as an empty lesson. It has been observed that the most important problem in participating in competitions is the transportation problem. Apart from this, it has been determined that there are uniform supply problems and material deficiencies. It has been determined that financial inadequacies and transportation problems come to the fore in the process of directing talented athletes to clubs.
